Make it more brandable

It would make a big difference to be able to fully brand the portal with our own logo, colors, and links so it feels like a natural part of our product rather than a third-party tool.

Right now, the branding controls are limited, and customers can tell straight away that it's not our own page. For a company that cares about the experience end-to-end, that inconsistency is noticeable.

What I'd like to be able to do

• Upload our own logo and favicon

• Customize the footer links and remove ones that don't apply

• Connect a custom domain so the URL matches our brand

• Preview exactly how it looks on desktop and mobile before saving
