Show the history of how a request progressed

It would really help if each request showed a history of how it has progressed over time, not just where it stands today.

When I open one of my requests I can see the current status, but I have no idea how long it has been there or what steps it went through. Sometimes it feels like ideas just vanish into a black box.

What I'd like to be able to do

• See a timeline of every status change on a request

• See the dates each step happened

• Understand how long something has been in progress

• Feel confident that requests are actually being worked on
